ACCOUNT AND DATA PRACTICE

How crickstake Handles Data and Security

We apply specific, auditable practices to your account data — not vague commitments.

Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account: name, contact details, payment method identifiers for UPI and Paytm, and transaction history. We do not sell this data to third-party advertisers or marketing networks.

Cookie Policy

Session cookies keep you logged in; analytics cookies help us fix broken flows. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your account access.

Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing — we cannot read your password, only verify it. We require email confirmation for any change to login credentials and flag unusual login locations for a secondary check.

Data Retention

We keep account records for the period required by applicable financial-regulation rules. After that period, personal identifiers are deleted from active databases; anonymised transaction records may be retained for audit purposes.

Who Can Request Changes

You, the verified account holder, can request correction or deletion of personal data at any time via email. We verify your identity before making any change, and we respond within the window set by applicable law.

Third-Party Processors

Payment processors handling PhonePe and UPI transactions operate under their own data agreements. We list all current third-party processors in the full privacy schedule linked at the base of crickstake.net.

Common Questions About Our Legal Terms

If something in our terms is unclear, this section covers the questions we hear most often — from how to access your data to what happens to your account if the law in your state changes.

Our terms apply to any account created through crickstake.net. Access to features depends on local law in your state or territory. Where local regulation limits or prohibits use, those rules take precedence over anything in our terms.

Email our policy team from your registered address with the subject 'Data Access Request'. We verify your identity, then send a structured export of your account data within the timeframe required by applicable law — usually within 30 days.

Yes. Send a deletion request to our policy email. We will close your account, settle any outstanding balance to your verified PhonePe or UPI details, and remove personal identifiers from active records within the statutory window.

Inactive account data is retained for the minimum period required by financial-regulation rules. After that window closes, we delete personal identifiers from active systems. Anonymised transaction summaries may remain in audit logs.

We pass only the minimum required data to payment processors — UPI, Paytm and PhonePe — to complete transactions. Those processors operate under their own regulated data agreements. We do not share payment details with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We send a notification to your registered account email when we make material changes. A version date is published on the terms page so you can compare current and previous text. Continued use after notice counts as acceptance of the updated terms.

If a change in local law means we can no longer offer services in your state, we will contact you by email, pause your account, and arrange return of any wallet balance through your verified payment method — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe.
